Without such precautions, Co.AR.CA Ltd accepts no responsibility. The Multi-Purpose Box-Garage Cover also protects against pollution and other types of wear caused by atmospheric agents.

Technical Specifications:
PVC fabric, double-coated, 700 g/m², waterproof, highly resistant, Class 2 self-extinguishing, heat-sealed.
The cover is closed on three sides, while the front side remains open.
The structure is made of hot-dip galvanised iron ø 40×2 with ø 45×2 connecting joints, a material that does not rust.
The structure is extremely robust since, along the lower and upper perimeter, between each span (excluding the front/entrance side), cross connections are mounted to keep the entire structure compact and stable.
On the roof, to ensure compactness and to prevent water pockets or deformations caused by snow, an additional arch is inserted between each frame. At the base joint of every support post a 100×100 mm plate is provided with four ø 10 mm holes at the corners for anchoring with plugs.

Optional Accessories (On Request):
Item Code 10.204.05 Anchor Bolt Kit to be inserted into the 100×100 mm base plate with 4 ø 10 mm holes at the corners for bolt fixing.

Item Code 10.204.06 Peg Kit – if anchoring with bolts is not required, we alternatively provide, on request, an L-shaped iron peg 50×50 mm, 500 mm long, with S-hook, mounted on the crossbeam at the base of each span.

Item Code 10.100.09 PVC panel/head kit 1.90 x H 1.90 m for front closure of Box-Garage Model Cover.

The structure is closed on three sides, while the front side remains open.
The entrance front cannot be fully closed but only partially, since the dimensions do not technically allow complete closure. As an alternative, upon request, a PVC panel with eyelets on 3 sides and 2 S-hooks can be supplied to be fixed onto the front supporting posts of the entrance.

The structure is equipped with: steel bolts and screws, connecting joints between arch and span sections, and heavy-duty base plates. The frame is fully pre-drilled and includes lower and upper tubular profile posts to assemble the spans, extending throughout the structure, including the roof arches. The structure is made of cold-galvanised steel, ø 40 mm, thickness 2.00 mm. The structure can be easily assembled with just a few tools (wrenches, electric screwdriver, and mallet for pegs). The multifunctional covers manufactured by Co.AR.CA Ltd are intended for use as storage for motorhomes, caravans, cars, boats, agricultural equipment, tractors, forklifts, and industrial materials, and are not intended for civil or production use involving the presence of people inside. The canopy is easy to assemble; a minimum of two people is recommended. The multifunctional covers manufactured by Co.AR.CA Ltd are temporary/provisional structures, not compliant with NCT (Technical Standards for Construction D.M. 17/01/2018); therefore, no structural calculation report can be issued. For cleaning the PVC, we recommend using a microfibre cloth and a natural cleaning product free of ammonia and/or aggressive substances. The structures are designed to be installed on a paved surface, if technically prepared.
